With over 15 years of experience, Brendan Connolly is a highly regarded professional specializing in real estate investment and new development projects. Brendan began his career in commercial real estate and development in New York City, where he gained the experience and network to inform large-scale developments, navigate the challenging entitling process, and manage competitive sales strategies. Previously, Brendan served in the United States Air Force as an Operations Intelligence Analyst, where he developed the analytical and strategic skills that continue to guide his work today. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University and studied Real Estate Development at New York University.
Based in Florida, Brendan divides his time between the Sunshine State and New York, working from the Douglas Elliman offices in Palm Beach and Southampton. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, golf, and aviation, and shares an active, family-centered life with his wife and their two young children.
