As well as attaining the highest sales in the history of many buildings including 950 Fifth, 620 Park, 820 Park, 860 Park, 993 Park, 1095 Park, 1175 Park, 181 E 65, 137 E 66, 333 E 68, 125 E 72, 155 E 72, 39 E 75, 65 E 76, 21 E 79, 79 E 79, 3 E 84, 171 W 57 and 120 W 72. In addition, Cathy has brokered multiple transactions in new developments throughout Manhattan.

Cathy lives in a historical landmark 1886 townhouse on the UES with her husband, Jeffrey Baker, sons Otto and Alex (both attended Trinity, Hotchkiss and Harvard) and William (who attended Trinity, Poly Prep, and Wharton), and an Australian Shepherd named Shadow. Their townhouse and their 1806 Georgian farm in the Hudson Valley have been featured prominently in Forbes, Food & Wine, WSJ and the NYT. The farm is also home of Hillrock Estate Distillery, producer of award winning field-to-glass artisanal whiskey. Cathy is a graduate of Wellesley College.
