Thomas Mikolasko

Thomas handles all facets of rentals and sales in Manhattan, with a particular focus on the Upper East Side where he first lived when he moved to the city and where he has resided for the past 10+ years. In between his time on the UES, Thomas has called the East Village and Murray Hill home. Thomas’s 25+ years in New York City provided him with a broad knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods, and their unique offerings. Thomas has also spent a lot of time on the East End of Long Island and is familiar with both the Hamptons and the North Fork, and with roots in Upstate New York Thomas has excellent relationships there too. Thomas understands that real estate is a major investment, and likely the largest asset one will own. His extensive background in finance and operations, and experience as an entrepreneur has provided him with a variety of valuable skills which enhance his real estate practice. He is highly detailed, analytical, process oriented, and service driven to ensure a smooth, satisfying transaction for all involved. Prior to returning to real estate, Thomas enjoyed a successful career as a Chief Officer and Managing Director for over 15 years, overseeing development and expansion of startup entities, and commercial acquisitions, and providing high-level advisement for executive leadership of firms with up to $100M in assets under management, informing investments of up to $45M. He started his career in real estate with Goldman Properties as an owner’s rep and assisted in the leasing of the company’s properties in SoHo, including 110 Greene Street. Thomas earned a B.A. degree from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, and a Diploma in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Center. Thomas is a member of the Advisory Board of AIM at Melanoma, and an active volunteer at Convent of the Sacred Heart 91st Street, serving on multiple committees and as Chair of the Event Committee.
